S'mores Crispy Bars

Ingredients

    Bars

  1. 1/4 c butter, cubed
  2. 1 (10 oz) pkg miniature marshmallows
  3. 6 c Rice Krispies, 6 oz
  4. 1 1/2 c graham crackers, crushed
  5. 1 c milk chocolate chips
  6. Frosting

  7. 3/4 c butter, softened
  8. 1 c powdered sugar
  9. 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow cream
  10. 1 t vanilla
  11. Topping

  12. 1/4 c crushed graham crackers
  13. 3 milk chocolate candy bars (1.55 oz each)

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9x13 baking pan, and set aside.
  2. In a 6 qt stockpot, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add marshmallows; cook and stir until melted. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in cereal and crushed crackers.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Press into prepared baking pan.
  7. Cool to room temperature.
  8. Frosting

  9. In a small bowl, beat butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  10. Beat in marshmallow cream on low speed just until blended.
  11. Spread over bars.
  12. Topping

  13. Sprinkle crushed crackers over frosting.
  14. Break each candy bar into 12. pieces: place a piece on each bar.
