Holiday Cheese Bake

Ingredients

1. 8 oz sour cream
2. 1/2 c mayonnaise
3. 2 T flour
4. 2 garlic cloves, minced
5. 6 oz Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (1 1/2 c)
6. 1 (2 oz can) diced pimento, drained
7. 1/4 c sunflower nuts
8. 1 green onion, finely sliced
9. assorted crackers

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. In a large mixing bowl stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, flour, and garlic.
3. Stir in cheese.
4. Place cheese mixture in a 9 inch baking dish or pie plate.
5. Place pimentos in the center and the sunflower nuts around edge of dish.
6. Sprinkle a ring of green onion between pimento and nuts.
7. Bake about 30 minutes or till mixture is heated through.
8. Serve warm with crackers.
