Spicy Gochujang Mayo

    This is delicious served with fried shrimp.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 c mayonnaise
  2. 1 - 2 t gochujang paste
  3. 1/2 t lime or lemon juice
  4. 1 T sugar
  5. salt to taste
  6. pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Ina medium bowl add mayonnasie, gochujang, lime juice, sugar, salt and pepper, stir to combine.
  2. If sauce is to thick, stir in a little water for desired consistency.
  3. Refrigerate until serving.
