Chipotle Chicken Flatbread

Ingredients
Chicken
- 3 T chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (smashed up or pureed)
- juice from 2 limes
- 1 t avocado oil
- 1/2 t salt
- 4 chicken breasts (or however many you want)
Chipotle Cream Sauce
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 2 T chipotles in adobo sauce (smashed up or pureed)
- 2 T lime juice
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- pinch of salt
Guacamole
- 2 avocados
- juice of one lime
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1 T chopped onion
- 1/4 c chopped tomatoes
- salt to taste
Flatbread
- Flatbread
- Cheddar cheese
- chopped tomatoes
- avocados
- bacon, cooked and crumbled
- lime wedges
Instructions
Chicken
- Combine the chipotle chiles, lime juice, oil, and salt for the marinade.
- Marinade the chicken and then grill it.
- When it's done, chop the chicken into small pieces.
Chipotle Cream Sauce
- Combine the sour cream, chipotles, lime juice, garlic, onion, and salt in a medium bowl and set aside.
Guacamole
- Smash up 1 avocado and then add the lime,garlic, onion, tomatoes, and salt and mix well.
- Chop up the remaining avocado and stir it in, smashing it up slightly.
Flatbread
- Top each flat bread with some chopped chicken andcheese.
- Heat them up in the oven, or broil on low until the cheese is melted.
- Top with bacon, chipotle cream sauce, guacamole, chopped tomatoes, and avocados.
- Serve with lime wedges.
