Chipotle Chicken Flatbread

  1. 3 T chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (smashed up or pureed)
  2. juice from 2 limes
  3. 1 t avocado oil
  4. 1/2 t salt
  5. 4 chicken breasts (or however many you want)
  6. Chipotle Cream Sauce

  7. 1/2 c sour cream
  8. 2 T chipotles in adobo sauce (smashed up or pureed)
  9. 2 T lime juice
  10. 1 small clove garlic, minced
  11. pinch of salt
  12. Guacamole

  13. 2 avocados
  14. juice of one lime
  15. 1 small clove garlic
  16. 1 T chopped onion
  17. 1/4 c chopped tomatoes
  18. salt to taste
  19. Flatbread

  21. Cheddar cheese
  22. chopped tomatoes
  23. avocados
  24. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  25. lime wedges



  1. Combine the chipotle chiles, lime juice, oil, and salt for the marinade.
  2. Marinade the chicken and then grill it.
  3. When it's done, chop the chicken into small pieces.
  4. Chipotle Cream Sauce

  5. Combine the sour cream, chipotles, lime juice, garlic, onion, and salt in a medium bowl and set aside.
  6. Guacamole

  7. Smash up 1 avocado and then add the lime,garlic, onion, tomatoes, and salt and mix well.
  8. Chop up the remaining avocado and stir it in, smashing it up slightly.
  9. Flatbread

  10. Top each flat bread with some chopped chicken andcheese.
  11. Heat them up in the oven, or broil on low until the cheese is melted.
  12. Top with bacon, chipotle cream sauce, guacamole, chopped tomatoes, and avocados.
  13. Serve with lime wedges.
