Chicken Breasts with Mushrooms, Spinach and Feta

Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2 in thick
- olive oil
- Montreal steak seasoning
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 5 oz fresh spinach
- 6 oz white wine
- 1 t fresh lemon juice
- feta cheese crumbles
Instructions
- Marinade chicken breasts in olive oil and Montreal seasoning.
- Grill chicken to 165°F.
- Meanwhile, saute garlic and mushrooms in olive oil.
- Add spinach until wilted.
- Add wine and lemon juice.
- Plate chicken, and and with spinach mixture.
- Top with feta cheese.
