    Holy Trinity Relish

  1. 2 ribs celery, finely diced
  2. 1 small red onion, finely diced
  3. 1 large yellow pepper, finely diced
  4. 3 T sweet pickle relish
  5. 1 t Creole seasoning
  6. Jambalaya Dog

  7. 4 links hot andouille sausage
  8. 4 large hot dog buns


    Holy Trinity Relish

  1. In a large bowl, mix celery, onion, pepper, relish, and Creole seasoning together.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Jambalaya Dog

  4. Preheat grill to medium-high and grill andouille with the lid closed until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  5. Toast buns lightly on the grill.
  6. Place each sausage in a bun and top generously with Holy Trinity Relish.
