Swiss Artichoke Puffs

Ingredients
- 1 loaf dark cocktail rye bread
- 3/4 c mayonnaise
- 1/3 c Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 t parsley, chopped
- 1/4 t onion powder
- 1/4 t Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts in brine, finely chopped
- Swiss cheese, thinly sliced and cut to fit top of bread
Instructions
- Toast bread.
- Combine mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Add parsley, onion powder, artichokes, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Spread mixture on toasted bread.
- Cover with piece of Swiss cheese.
- Arrange on baking sheet and broil until cheese melts and is lightly browned.
