Roasted Edamame

I first had these at Iron Chef, Morimoto's restaurant! They are delicous!
This recipe can easily be doubled. Be sure to serve with a bowl to place the pods in.
Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz) bag frozen edamame (soybeans) in their pods.
- 2 T olive oil
- sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Toss edamame with olive oil.
- Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the prehated oven, stirring halfway through, until edamame shells start to brown, about 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Serve whole, popping beans out of the shell to eat.
