Lynne's (Grandma's) Potatoes

Lynne makes this recipe for holidays and Sunday dinner, it is a big hit! Everyone loves Grandma's potatoes!
You can change the amount of potatoes you make by adjusting the quantity of the ingredients with a similar ratio.
Ingredients
- 6 red potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 1/2 onions, diced
- 1/8 c flour
- 4 T milk
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 2 T butter, divided
Instructions
- Boil potatoes, until mostly tender, drain.
- Meanwhile, saute onions in 1 T butter, over medium heat until slightly browned.
- In a large bowl, mix flour and milk to form a thin paste.
- Add potatoes, salt, and pepper and gently mix until combined.
- Stir in sauted onions.
- Melt remaining butter in skillet over medium heat, until melted.
- Add potato mixture, spread evenly over pan.
- Cook for about 20 minutes, without touching, or until browned.
- Turn potatoes to the other side and cook an additonal 20 minutes, or until browned.
