Apricot-Mustard Glaze

Ingredients
- 3/4 c apricot preserves
- 1/4 c whole grain mustard
- 3 T Dijon mustard
- 4 T unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 2 medium shallots, chopped coarse
- 1/2 t salt
- 3 T water
Instructions
- Process apricot preserves, whole grain mustard, Dijon mustard, butter, shallots, salt, and water in food processor until thoroughly combined, 20 to 30 seconds, scraping downs sides of work bowl as needed.
- Divide glaze in half, using half to glaze chicken during grilling.
- Serve remaining half of glaze for serving.
