Steak Salad

This is a good meal served with crusty bread and/or a cup of soup!
Ingredients
Salad
- lettuce, spinach, spring mix, combo
- grape tomatoes
- cucumber, peeled and sliced
- red onion or green onions, sliced
- red and/or green pepper, diced
- carrots, diced
Steak Salad
- frozen French fries, cooked to package directions
- New York strip steak or sirlion steak
- Cheddar cheese, shredded
- salad dressing, such as French, Italian etc.
Instructions
Salad
- Wash, dry and prepare all salad ingredients.
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl, toss ingredients to combine, set aside.
Steak
- Grill steak to desired doneness, such as medium-rare.
- Allow steak to rest for a few minutes, then slice into bite sized portions.
Preparing Steak Salad
- Place salad on a plate, top with a portion of steak and French fries.
- Top with shredded cheese, and salad dressing.
- Serve immediately.
