Steak Salad

    This is a good meal served with crusty bread and/or a cup of soup!



  1. lettuce, spinach, spring mix, combo
  2. grape tomatoes
  3. cucumber, peeled and sliced
  4. red onion or green onions, sliced
  5. red and/or green pepper, diced
  6. carrots, diced
  7. Steak Salad

  8. frozen French fries, cooked to package directions
  9. New York strip steak or sirlion steak
  10. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  11. salad dressing, such as French, Italian etc.



  1. Wash, dry and prepare all salad ingredients.
  2. Place all ingredients in a large bowl, toss ingredients to combine, set aside.
  3. Steak

  4. Grill steak to desired doneness, such as medium-rare.
  5. Allow steak to rest for a few minutes, then slice into bite sized portions.
  6. Preparing Steak Salad

  7. Place salad on a plate, top with a portion of steak and French fries.
  8. Top with shredded cheese, and salad dressing.
  9. Serve immediately.
