Coffee (French Press)

Ingredients

  1. 6 to 8 T coarse ground coffee beans
  2. 3 c boiling water

Instructions

  1. Place ground coffee beans in the bottom of the French Press.
  2. Pour about 3 cups of boiling water over the beans.
  3. Stir mixture to distribute coffee through the mixture.
  4. Place plunger mechanism on top of the French Press with plunger extended.
  5. Allow coffee to brew for 4 minutes.
  6. Slowly press plunger down until it meets resistence (when it reaches the ground coffee).
  7. Pour the coffee into coffee cups and enjoy!
