Chocolate Fondue

    To make process go more quickly, melt the chocolate over a double-boiler on the stove and transfer to a fondue pot.


  1. 12 oz dark chocolate or milk chocolate, chopped
  2. 1 T Chambord (optional)
  3. dessert accompaniments (cut into bite sized pieces): strawberries, bananas, pineapple, brownies, marshmallows, pound cake, cheesecake, rice crispy treats


  1. Place chocolate in a clean, dry fondue pot.
  2. Heat and stir until melted.
  3. Stir in liqueur, if desired, mix well.
  4. Serve with desired accompainments.
