Blue Hawaiian, Coconut Version

  1. 1 oz light rum
  2. 1 oz blue Curacao
  3. 2 oz pineapple juice
  4. 1 oz cream of coconut
  5. 1 c crushed ice
  6. pineapple slice and maraschino cherry for garnish


  1. Combine rum, blue Curacao, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and 1 cup crushed ice in blender.
  2. Puree on high speed until smooth.
  3. Pour into chilled glass.
  4. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
