Oreo Dirt Cups

Pre-Notes

This dessert can be decorated for various holidays.

If desired, all chocolate or all vanilla pudding can be used!

Ingredients

1. 20 Oreo Cookies, crushed finely by hand or food processor
2. 1 (3.4 oz) pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
3. 4 c milk, divided
4. 1 c Cool Whip, thawed, divided
5. 1 (3.4 oz) pkg instant chocolate pudding mix
6. Optional garnishes: gummy worms, peep bunnies, candycorn pumpkins, etc.

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine vanilla pudding mix and 2 c milk. Whisk together until well mixed.
2. Let stand for 5 minutes.
3. Use a rubber spatula to gently stir in 1/2 c Cool Whip. Set aside.
4. In a medium bowl, combine chocolate pudding mix and remaining 2 c milk. Whisk together until well mixed.
5. Let stand for 5 minutes.
6. Use a rubber spatula to gently stir in remaining 1/2 c Cool Whip. Set aside.
7. Sprinkle 1 T crushed cookies into bottom of each dessert cup.
8. Top each with 1/4 c vanilla pudding, 1 T crushed cookies, and 1/4 c chocolate pudding.
9. Top with remaining crushed cookies.
10. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
11. Before serving, garnish, if desired.
