Tuna Steaks with Avocado and Tomato

Ingredients
Topping
- 3/4 c tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 c onions, chopped
- 1/2 c ripe avocado, chopped
- 2 T fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
Fish
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T lime juice
- 1/2 t cumin
- 1/2 t salt
- 4 (8oz) fresh tuna steaks
Instructions
- Preheat grill.
Topping
- In medium bowl, combine all topping ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate.
Fish
- In small bowl; combine oil, lime juice, cumin and salt; blend well.
- When ready to grill, brush tuna steaks with oil mixture.
- To prevent fish from sticking, brush grill grate lightly with oil.
- Place tuna on grill over medium-high heat.
- Cook 9 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning once and brushing with remaining oil mixture.
- Serve with adocado topping.
