Pomegranate French Martinis

Pre-Notes

If making a large batch, combine ingredients in pitcher, add a cup of ice to chill and slightly dilute the cocktail.

Ingredients

1. 2/3 c vodka
2. 1/3 c pineapple juice
3. 1 T raspberry liqueur (such as Chambord)
4. 1/2 T pomegranate juice
5. 1/3 t fresh lemon juice
6. Pomegranate seeds, for garnish, optional

Instructions

1. Place ice in shaker.
2. Combine vodka, pineapple juice, raspberry liqueur, pomegranate juice and 4lemon in the shaker.
3. Shake until the cocktail is cooled.
4. Pour into glasses, and garnish with pomegranate seeds, if desired.
