Cheesy Grits

Ingredients

  1. 1 c quick cooking grits, 257 g
  2. 2 c chicken broth, 480 g
  3. 1 c water, 237 g
  4. 8 oz shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (2 c)

Instructions

  1. In large saucepan, combine chicken broth, and water. Bring to a boil.
  2. Stir in grits, reduce heat to medium low, and cover.
  3. Cook 5 to 7 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in cheese.
