Juniper Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients

1. 1 batch juniper syrup
2. 1 (750 ml) bottle dry sparkling wine, such as Prosecco
3. unsprayed pine sprigs, for serving

Instructions

1. For each cocktail, combine 3T juniper syrup with 1/2 c Prosecco in a glass.
2. Garnish with a pine sprig; serve immediately.
