Sea Salt Caramel Chip Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 c butter, softened, 1 stick
  2. 3/4 c packed light brown sugar
  3. 1/2 c sugar
  4. 1 t vanilla extract
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 1 1/2 c flour
  7. 1/2 c cocoa powder
  8. 1/2 t baking soda
  9. 1/4 t salt
  10. 1 (10 oz) pkg Hershey's Sea Salt Caramel Flavored Baking Chips, 1 2/3 c

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
  3. Beat butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla in large bowl until well blended.
  4. Add eggs; beat well.
  5. In medium bowl, stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
  6. Gradually add into butter mixture, blending well.
  7. Stir in caramel chips.
  8. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheet.
  9. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until cookie is set. Do not over bake.
  10. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
  11. Cool completely.
