Roasted Hatch Chiles

Hatch chiles are grown in Hatch, New Mexico, they are harvested in September. They are excellent in assorted Mexican dishes.

Ingredients

1. 7 - 8 Hatch chiles

Instructions

1. Place chiles in a roasting basket of Air Fryer.
2. Set Air Fryer to 400°F.
3. Roast chiles in rotating basket for 15 minutes.
4. If you don't have a rotisserie basket, they can be air fried on shelves for 15 minutes. Alternate shelves or reposition after 7 minutes.
