    Use this as a base for Puerto Rican Rice with Pigeon Peas


  1. 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  2. 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  3. 1 large onion, peeled and chopped
  4. 10 garlic cloves peeled
  5. 1 bunch cilantro


  1. Puree green pepper, red pepper, onion, garlic cloves, and cilantro in a food processor or blender. (Use water for the blender if needed.)
  2. Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 10 days, or freeze.
