Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  1. 1 (5 oz) bottle Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  2. 1/4 c butter (4T)
  3. white pepper
  4. lemon juice or lime juice

Instructions

    Wings-Deep fry

  1. Deep fry at 400°F for 12 min.
  2. Wings-Grill

  3. Grill wings till cooked.
  4. Wings-Broil

  5. Broil wings till cooked.
  6. Sauce

  7. In small saucepan, combine Red Hot, butter, and pepper, cook until hot.
  8. Add lemon juice or lime juice to taste.
  9. Serve over cooked wings.
