Parmesan Broiled Tilapia

    You can use Taztkiki dip, instead of the mayonnaise and omit the dill, if you prefer.


  1. 4 tilapia fillets (defrosted if frozen)
  2. 1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated
  3. 2 T butter, softened
  4. 1 1/2 T mayonnaise
  5. 1 T lemon juice fresh
  6. 1 t dill fresh
  7. salt to taste
  8. pepper to taste


  1. Turn broiler onto high and adjust oven rack to the top.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the cheese, butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Place tilapia fillets on a foil lined pan. Broil for 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven, flip over and divide the Parmesan mixture over the uncooked sides of the tilapia.
  5. Return to the oven and broil an additional 3-4 minutes making sure not to over cook the fish.
