Pumpkin Ravioli with Sage Brown Butter

  1. 9 oz pumpkin sage ravioli
  2. 8 oz Butter
  3. 1 T dried sage
  4. salt to taste
  5. pepper to taste
  6. Parmesan cheese for topping


  1. Make ravioli according to package directions.
  2. In a small pot over medium low heat, melt butter and bring to a light simmer.
  3. Once simmering, add sage and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. When color begins turning golden brown, remove from heat (residual heat will continue the browning process).
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add ravioli to sauce in pan, toss and serve with Parmesan cheese.
