Pork Tenderloin, (Air Fryer)

    If you would like to make a 2 lb tenderloin cook for about an additional 10 minutes.


  1. 2 t dried thyme
  2. 1/4 t ground cloves (or ground allspice)
  3. 2 t salt
  4. 1 t black pepper
  5. 2 medium cloves garlic, peeled and cut into slivers
  6. 1 T avocado oil, or oil with high smoke point
  7. 1 1 lb pork tenderloin


  1. Mix thyme, cloves, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat garlic slivers in spice mixture.
  3. Poke slits in roast with point of paring knife; insert garlic slivers.
  4. Add oil to remaining spice mixture and rub onto meat.
  5. Place meat in air fryer and cook at 00°F for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
