  1. 1 (8.5 oz) can artichoke hearts
  2. 1/2 c mayonnaise
  3. 1/4 t garlic powder
  4. 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
  5. pita bread or crackers for serving


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a 1 qt casserole dish.
  3. Drain and cut artichokes into small pieces.
  4. Combine the artichokes, mayonnaise, garlic and parmesan cheese, mix well.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with pita bread or crackers.
