This is a fun appetizer for a Kentucky Derby Party!

Ingredients

1. 1 (13.2-oz., 5 1/4-inch) Brie round
2. 1 (5.2-oz., 2 3/4-inch) Boursin, Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese wheel
3. ribbon, herb bouquet and mint sprigs for garnish
4. crackers for serving

Instructions

1. Place Brie round on a serving platter.
2. Top with Boursin cheese.
3. Garnish with ribbon and herb bouquet.
