    To make ahead, prepare, place on baking sheet and cover with foil; Refrigerate up to 2 hours. Remove foil; bake as directed.


  1. 1/4 c Thousand Island dressing
  2. 24 slices snack rye bread
  3. 1/2 lb corned beef, thinly sliced
  4. 1 1/2 c sauerkraut, drained
  5. 4 oz swiss cheese, sliced


  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Spread about 1/2 dressing on each slice of bread; place on ungreased baking sheet.
  3. Top each with slice of corned beef and about 1 T sauerkraut.
  4. Cut cheese to fit bread; place over sauerkraut.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
