  1. Egg
  2. salt to taste
  3. pepper to taste
  4. butter
  5. Bacon, Cooked
  6. Cheese slice
  7. Lettuce
  8. Tomato, sliced
  9. Avocado, sliced
  10. Roasted Garlic Aioli, or your favorite condiment
  11. brioche bun or toasted bread


  1. In a small bowl, scramble egg, add salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Add small amount of butter to small skillet, cook egg. to desired doneness. If you have an egg ring, this will keep your egg round.
  3. To assemble sandwich, spread aioli on bottom bun or slice of toast, top with cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and avocado.
  4. Top with remaining bun or bread.
