Grilled Red Potatoes

  1. 1 lb small red potatoes
  2. 2 T olive oil
  3. 1/2 t garlic, minced
  4. 1/8 t salt


  1. Place potatoes in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 4-6 minutes until softened.
  2. Let potatoes cool for a few minutes, then slice in half.
  3. Place potatoes in a zipper bag and add olive oil, garlic and salt.
  4. Seal bag and toss gently to coat the potatoes evenly.
  5. Remove the potatoes from the bag, and place on grill pan.
  6. Grill for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the potaotes are browned and tender.
