Salami Chips with Grainy Mustard Dip

  1. 1/4 c sour cream
  2. 1/4 c mayonnaise
  3. 2 T Dijon mustard
  4. 2 T grainy mustard
  5. 8 oz thinly sliced salami


  1. In a small bowl stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and grainy mustard.
  2. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  4. Line 2 15x10x1 in baking pans with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
  5. Set 2 oven racks at the center most positions.
  6. Lay the salami slices out in a single layer in the baking pans.
  7. Bake until they are evenly browned and rigid, about 15 minutes.
  8. Transfer to paper towels to drain and cool. Thesalami will crisp further as it cools.
  9. Arrange the salami chips in a bowl with the dip alongside.
