Chicken Breasts with Mushrooms, Spinach and Feta

  1. 2 large chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2 in thick
  2. olive oil
  3. Montreal steak seasoning
  4. 4 garlic cloves, minced
  5. 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  6. 5 oz fresh spinach
  7. 6 oz white wine
  8. 1 t fresh lemon juice
  9. feta cheese crumbles


  1. Marinade chicken breasts in olive oil and Montreal seasoning.
  2. Grill chicken to 165°F.
  3. Meanwhile, saute garlic and mushrooms in olive oil.
  4. Add spinach until wilted.
  5. Add wine and lemon juice.
  6. Plate chicken, and and with spinach mixture.
  7. Top with feta #cheese.
