Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

    This dip can be baked in a 350°F oven for 20-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly, if you prefer!


  1. 1/2 c sour cream
  2. 1/2 c mayonnaise
  3. 1/2 c Parmesan cheese, grated
  4. 1/2 c mozzarella cheese, shredded
  5. 1-2 t garlic, minced
  6. 1/4 t cayenne pepper
  7. 1 (10 oz) pkg frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed of its juices
  8. 1 (7 oz) can artichoke hearts, chopped (can also use thawed frozen hearts)
  9. crackers and/or vegetables for dipping


  1. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, cayenne, spinach, and artichokes.
  2. Transfer in a shallow baking dish.
  3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or microwave a few minutes until hot.
  4. Serve with crackers and or vegetables.
