Tic Toc Pistachio Ice Cream Wild Cherry Soda

When I was young, my family would frequently go to the Tic Toc Restaurant in downtown Kaufmann's to get these delicious ice cream sodas. It can be difficult to find pistachio ice cream, but if you can, these sodas are a delicious treat!

Ingredients

1. large scoop, or two, of pistachio ice cream
2. Cherokee Red Soda, or any cherry soda

Instructions

1. Scoop ice cream into soda glass.
2. Pour cherry soda over ice cream to fill glass.
3. Serve immediately with a straw or long spoon.
