  1. 2 slices bread, lightly toasted (white, wheat, or rye)
  2. smoked turkey breast lunch meat, sliced thin or shaved
  3. 2 tomato slices
  4. 1 slice cheddar cheese, or your favorite cheese (optional)
  5. iceberg lettuce
  6. red onion slices, sliced thin (optional)
  7. mayonnaise
  8. 2 slices bacon, cooked


  1. Spread one slice of bread with mayonnaise.
  2. Place turkey breast on top of mayonnaise
  3. Top with slice of cheese.
  4. Add desired toppings, such as lettuce, tomato and onion.
  5. Top with bacon.
  6. Cover with remaining slice of bread.
  7. Cut into sections, if desired.
  8. Serve immediately.
