Green Onion Ranch Dip

Ingredients

1. 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened, 227 g
2. 1 (8 oz) container sour cream or 8 oz Greek yogurt (Fage) plus 6 T water
3. 1/2 c mayonnaise, 130 g
4. 1 (1 oz) pkg ranch dressing mix
5. 18 green onions, chopped
6. 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (optional)

Instructions

1. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in an electric mixer, beat until smooth.
2. Sprinkle in the ranch dressing mix, green onions, and optional jalapeno; puree until well combined.
3. For best results, refrigerate overnight before serving.
