Loaded Baked Potato Dip

Ingredients

  1. 8 oz sour cream
  2. 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  3. 2 t hot sauce
  4. 8 oz sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded, (2 c)
  5. 1/3 c fresh chives or green onions, minced
  6. 8 slices of bacon, chopped and cooked
  7. Hot cooked waffle-cut fries for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl combine sour cream, cream cheese, and hot sauce, mix well with an electric mixer.
  2. Add Cheddar cheese, chives, and bacon, mix on low speed to combine.
  3. Refrigerate until serving.
  4. Serve with waffle fries.
