Chicken Ball, revised

    This recipe can be cut in half to make a smaller portion.

Ingredients

  1. 1 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
  2. 2 (5 oz) cans of chunk chicken breast in water, drained
  3. 2 t fresh parsley, chopped
  4. 1 T mayonnaise
  5. 1 t soy sauce, reduced sodium
  6. 2 t chicken bouillon granules
  7. McCormick Perfect Pinch Salad Supreme, for garnish
  8. crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl, and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Place mixture on a piece of plastic wrap, cover and gently shape into a ball.
  3. Refrigerate mixture for several hours, until firm.
  4. Remove from refrigerator, shape into a ball.
  5. Place chicken ball on a plate and sprinkle with Salad Supreme.
  6. Serve with crackers.
