Pre-Notes

    Make sure the fries and the gravy are very hot, this will melt the cheese.

Ingredients

  1. 1 recipe French Fries
  2. 1 (14.5 oz) can beef gravy
  3. 2 c cheese curds

Instructions

  1. Heat gravy in a small sauce pan, until boiling and very hot.
  2. Place French fries on a plate.
  3. Place cheese curds on top of fries.
  4. Pour gravy on top of fries.
  5. Serve immediately.
