    This a popular item for Christmas Eve and Easter, served with horseradish.

    We also like it for tailgate parties served with Sauerkraut!

    Any brand of Kielbasa can be used, some of our favorites are: Dave's Country Meats, Butcher on Butler, and Silverstar!


  1. smoked kielbasa
  2. condiments, such as beet horseradish, white horseradish, spicy brown mustard
  3. buns, if desired


  1. Grill kielbasa until crisp on the outside and warm in the middle.
  2. Cut into rings to serve as an appetizer or cut into links to serve on a bun as a sandwich.
  3. Serve warm or at room temperature with desired condiments.


    Leftovers freeze well!
