    Charcuterie is a great appetizer for most any type of event. It is easy to prepare, offers a wide variety of choices and can be served at room temperature. Charcuterie boards are often served with a cheese board as well.


  1. sausage meats, such as pepperoni, salami, etc.
  2. smoked meats, such as ham, kielbasa, etc.
  3. soft meats, such as pate
  4. dried fruit, such as apricots, raisins
  5. assorted nuts
  6. olives, gerkins pickles, etc.
  7. mustards, roasted garlic and onion jam, cherry jam, etc.
  8. crusty bread, baguette, and/or crackers


  1. Arrange all meats, nuts, and fruits on a board.
  2. Place mustards, jams etc. in small bowls.
  3. Serve with crusty bread and/or crackers.
