Pre-Notes

Natalie likes to make this recipe for watching football games! It can easily be doubled, for a larger crowd. Place in a larger casserole dish and bake for about 30 minutes, checking at about 25 minutes.

Ingredients

  1. 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  2. 1/2 c ranch dressing
  3. 1/2 Frank's Red Hot original hot sauce
  4. 1/2 c mozzarella cheese, shredded, (4 oz)
  5. 1 (12.5 oz) can of chunk chicken breast in water, drained
  6. tortilla chips, for serving
  7. celery sticks, for serving, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce. It's ok if it is still a little lumpy.
  3. Stir in mozzarella cheese and chicken and stir until well combined and chicken is shredded.
  4. Transfer mixture to a 1qt casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips and celery.
