Teriyaki Dipping Sauce

  1. 1/4 c soy sauce, reduced sodium
  2. 1 c water
  3. 1/2 t ground ginger
  4. 1/4 t garlic powder
  5. 5 T brown sugar
  6. 1 to 2 T honey
  7. 2 T cornstarch
  8. 1/4 c cold water


  1. Mix soy sauce, water, ginger, garlic powder, brown sugar and honey in a sauce pan and heat.
  2. Mix cornstarch and cold water in a small bowl.
  3. Add to sauce in pan.
  4. Heat until sauce thickens to desired thickness.
  5. Add water to thin if it becomes too thick.
