Ingredients

  1. 5 1/2 c warm water
  2. juice of 1/2 orange
  3. juice of 1/2 lime
  4. 3 T onion, finely chopped
  5. 1 T celery, finely chopped
  6. 1 T carrot, finely chopped
  7. 1 T garlic, minced
  8. 2 T fresh cilantro, chopped
  9. 1 T ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk the water, orange juice lime juice, onion, celery, carrot, garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper together in a bowl, until combined.
  2. Pour into fondue pot.
  3. Bring to a rapid simmer over medium-high heat.
