My dad liked to get this drink at the Brown Derby Restaurant that was in Monroeville. He made up this version, it is delicious! Miss you Gigi!

Ingredients

1. 1 1/2 c softened vanilla ice cream
2. 2 oz brandy (1/4 c)
3. 2 oz creme de cacao (1/4 c)

Instructions

1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Pour into a tall soda glass.
