Pre-Notes

    This was a drink served at the Train Station Restaurant, in State College when I was a student at Penn State. They went great with their nachos!

Ingredients

  1. 8 oz pineapple juice, chilled
  2. 1 oz Grenadine
  3. 1 oz light rum
  4. 2 oz vodka
  5. 1 c crushed ice
  6. maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine pineapple juice, Grenadine, rum and vodka; mix well.
  2. Place ice in a tall glass.
  3. Pour drink over ice.
  4. Garnish with a cherry and serve.
