Ingredients

  1. 1 can (16.3 oz) homestyle refrigerated biscuits
  2. 1 pkg (8 oz) diced ham (1 1/4 cups)
  3. 4 green onions, thinly sliced, white and green parts separated
  4. 3/4 c heavy whipping cream
  5. 1 1/2 c shredded Gouda cheese (6 oz)

Instructions

    Oven Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces; place in pan.
  4. Add 1 cup of the ham, the green onion whites and whipping cream; toss to coat.
  5. Spread mixture evenly in bottom of pan.
  6. Sprinkle cheese and remaining 1/4 cup ham over top, leaving 1-inch border so cheese doesn’t touch sides of pan.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes Insert paring knife into center of casserole to test that biscuits are fully baked; outer edge will be deep golden brown.
  8. Sprinkle with green onion greens. Serve warm.
  9. Slow Cooker Version

  10. Prepare as directed, but place ingredients in a 5 quart slow cooker.
  11. Place kitchen towel on top of slow cooker, place lid on top of towel. (This will prevent condensation drips.)
  12. Cook on low heat for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, until fully baked.
