Pistachio Mousse

  1. 1 (4 serving) box Jello pistachio pudding
  2. 1 c Cool Whip, thawed
  3. 2 c milk
  4. 12 small shortbread cookies, optional
  5. pistachios, chopped for garnish if desired


  1. Prepare the pudding as directed on the packing using milk.
  2. Gently fold in cool whip.
  3. Refrigerate until serving.
  4. Serve alone or with cookies for dipping.
  5. Garnish with pistachios, if desired
