Polynesian Pork Chops

Ingredients

  1. 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
  2. 1 t garlic powder
  3. 1 T vegetable oil
  4. 1 medium onion, chopped
  5. 1 (10 1/2 oz) can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
  6. 1 (1 oz) pkg. Lipton Recipe Secrets, Onion Recipe Soup & Dip Mix
  7. 1 (8 oz) can pineapple chunks
  8. 2 T Worcestershire sauce
  9. 3 T soy sauce
  10. 1/4 c brown sugar
  11. rice, cooked to package directions
  12. green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chops with garlic powder.
  2. Heat oil in skillet.
  3. Add chops and cook until browned.
  4. Add onions, saute till softened and browned.
  5. Add soup, soup mix, pineapple with juice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Heat to a boil.
  6. Cook over low heat 10 minutes or until done.
  7. Serve with rice and garnish with green onions.
